Pre-Registering each passenger in your group will save time in line at the terminal when purchasing tickets. The Port Authority requires certain passenger information that must be collected for disclosure to them; the Port Authority maintains no published data protection guidelines, priciples or protocols.
For passengers with disabilities needing assistance with the pre-registration process, please reach out to customer service and they will be happy to assist.
After completing pre-registration, you will receive a code used by a ticket agent to pre-popuilate and confirm your data. Pre-registration is only necessary once. Subsequent sailings will reference your Passenger Profile Data on file.
