Terminal Greeter

Caribbean Sprinter Ltd. is seeking a friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Terminal Greeter at our busy Belize City Terminal.

The Terminal Greeter will be one of the first points of contact for passengers and visitors entering the terminal. This individual will help create a positive first impression by welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and directing them to the appropriate department or service.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, communicate clearly, demonstrate patience, and be comfortable assisting customers from different backgrounds. As the employee develops a strong understanding of Caribbean Sprinter Ltd.’s services, the position will gradually expand to include sales, customer education, and the promotion of travel and other services offered throughout the company's network, including our island destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Greeting and Assistance - Welcome passengers and visitors entering the Belize City Terminal in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Identifying their needs, and directing them to the appropriate department.
  
• Passenger Direction and Service Coordination - Guiding customers who wish to purchase tickets, obtain sailing information, check in, purchase shuttle services or to send or receive packages.
  
• Customer Experience and Terminal Support - Assist in maintaining an orderly and welcoming entrance and customer service area.
  
• Service Knowledge and Sales Development - As the employee becomes more knowledgeable about Caribbean Sprinter Ltd.’s services, the role will gradually develop to include sales and customer engagement responsibilities.

Starting salary: BZD $50.00 per day.

Work schedule: Flexible hours and shifts based on operational requirements.
Availability: The position requires working weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays as scheduled.
Work environment: A busy passenger terminal requiring frequent interaction with customers and coordination with multiple departments.
