Description
Caribbean Sprinter Ltd. is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Bartender for our Sea Lounge located in Belize City. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the lounge, stocking inventory, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. The ideal candidate must be reliable, attentive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix drinks according to customer requests
- Ensure refrigerators and food items are fully stocked at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the lounge, bar area, refrigerators, and workstations
- Handle customer payments accurately, including cash and card transactions
- Operate computer systems and point-of-sale systems as required
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers professionally
- Ensure all company policies and safety standards are followed
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the lounge
Requirements
- Completed Certificate in Bartending
- Previous bartending experience required
- Knowledgeable in mixing drinks and cocktails
- Experience handling cash transactions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be reliable, punctual, and well groomed
Salary Range
Salary $8 per hour

Hours
The Sea Lounge operates daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Bartenders are scheduled in shifts to cover operational hours and are expected to work based on operational needs. Employees are entitled to one day off per week.
