Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Crew Member to support daily vessel operations starting in San Pedro. This role involves assisting with loading and unloading cargo and luggage, maintaining vessel cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused experience for all passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with loading and unloading shipments and passenger luggage
- Support the Captain in daily vessel operations and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vessel
- Assist with basic maintenance checks and report any issues
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience working on vessels is an asset
- Must be able to swim
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary Range
Probationary Period: $6.00 BZD per hour
The probationary period will last for 60 days.
Post-Probation Salary: $6.50 BZD per hour upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Hours
- This is a full-time position, requiring 45+ hours per week
- Crew Members operating hours are 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Seven (7) Days a Week
- Work schedules will be assigned on a shift basis and will vary according to the vessel’s operational run schedule.
