Shuttle Driver - Full Time

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in safe driving, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring passengers arrive at their destinations comfortably and on time.

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting customers and students safely and efficiently to their designated destinations while providing courteous and professional service at all times. This position includes operating as part of our Student Shuttle Service, where drivers will transport students between the Caribbean Sprinter Ltd Terminal and their respective schools, as well as providing Airport Transfers to and from the terminal for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude
  
• Transport customers safely and efficiently to their designated destinations
  
• Ensure customers arrive in a timely and reliable manner
  
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, responsible, and professional manner at all times
  
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
  
• Use the Sprinter ETA App to:
  - Mark customers as greeted
  - Check in customers
  - Process and record luggage check-ins
  
• Assist customers with luggage or belongings when required
  
• Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after shifts
  
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicles
  
• Immediately report any vehicle issues, damages, accidents, or maintenance needs
  
• Ensure passengers are transported in a manner that promotes comfort and safety
  
• Represent the company positively through professional appearance and conduct

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
  
• Previous experience as a driver or in customer service is preferred
  
• Experience transporting passengers or students is an asset

Additional Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License - Class A required
  
• Class B2 license is considered an asset
  
• Police Record must be submitted with application
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  
• Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible
  
• Must be willing to work scheduled shifts based on operational needs
