Sprinter Account Setup

If you have travelled with Sprinter since mid-August, 2022, we can locate your customer record and get your login setup.
We have two methods of locating your existing sailing account in our systems:

• Ticket Number (4 numbers, a dash, and 3 characters) from Previous Sailing & Last 4 Digits of Telephone
  • The ticket number can be located on the purchase receipt, or on a boarding pass.
• Last Name, Last 4 Digits of Telephone, & Date of Birth.
